Commercial Rates for City of Lakeport

Lakeport Disposal is entitled to increase rates starting on July 1, 2025, to account for changes to the San Francisco Bay Area Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers reporting from April to April (CPI). This rate adjustment is in accordance with the Franchise Agreement between the City of Lakeport and Lakeport Disposal adopted on May 19th, 2015, the notice to affected properties before September 3rd, 2024, public hearing at which Council adopted rates, and Resolution 2962 (2024), which adopted the solid waste rates.

Beginning July 1, 2025, your solid waste rates will accordingly be adjusted upwards 1.3% to account for year over year increases in the San Francisco Bay Area Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers. Below is a schedule of solid waste disposal rates effective July 1, 2025.

Note: rates provided above are for pick-up where the customer places them. No additional distance charges will be levied.
